Mr. Anthony A. Obboye is the Chairman and CEO of this firm, and brings over 20 years of experience as an Architect to the table. with a very rich and multifaceted role and expertise in the construction industry that includes successful managerial oversight in a broad spectrum, and direct technical design and operational executive background. He also enjoys a broad understanding, as an Architect, of social, cultural, economic real estate and government influences on development and design with strong emphasis on sustainability and balance in energy and environment.

 Prior to this firm, Mr. Anthony Obboye had provided professional services for a development company, where he was the principal Architect, project manager, and head of department that directly handled architectural and civil engineering services with design-build intent for nearly a decade. 

  He also provided a broad range of consultancy services in design, management and construction administration in variety of projects across multiple practice areas, including quantity surveying, budget management, and construction scheduling. He provided training to junior professionals/Intern architects and civil engineers.

As Principal and CEO of this firm, he directs the design and marketing, financial operations and business development services of project management, ensuring the highest quality of construction document execution and best practice collaboration with the appropriate consultants, including MEP, of which he is technically attuned.

 His career expertise include hands-on application of current design tools such as Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, chief Architect and other design and rendering software. Also, cost estimating and project management software, such as MS project, Excel, NewForma and others.

 Academically, Mr. Anthony A. Obboye is an honors graduate of the University of UCLV( Universidad Central" Martha Abreu" de las Villas) in 1994, where he received his Bachelors and Masters degree in architecture, and his high honors became the first foreigner in the University's then 42 yrs history to be named as distinguished graduate Architect status, " Titulo de Oro" with a very high GPA. A feet that clearly, is an indication of his seriousness, sacrifice, service and dedication to take on challenges. He was a pillar in the Construction Faculty Soccer team that won 5 gold cups, one in each year of the inter-faculty soccer tournament.
